Obama Presses for More Infrastructure Spending Play

Obama speaks in St. Paul, Minnesota, the twin city to Minneapolis where an interstate highway bridge collapsed in 2007 and became a symbol for crumbling U.S. infrastructure. (Source: Bloomberg)
