New Jersey's Capitol Digs Out From Heavy Snowfall Play

Feb. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Residents in the New Jersey capitol of Trenton began to dig out during a midday pause in precipitation from a powerful winter storm that swept up the U.S. East Coast creating blizzard-like conditions that grounded thousands of flights and caused widespread delays for trains and buses. Governor Chris Christie declared a state of emergency and closed state offices for all non-essential personnel. (Source: Bloomberg)
