Singapore's Tan on Labor Policy, Little India Riot Play

Dec. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Singapore's Acting Manpower Minister Tan Chuan-Jin talks about the nation's labor market, the government's policy, and the city state's first riot in more than four decades. The riot that broke out on the night of Dec. 8 in the city's Little India district after a bus ran over and killed an Indian national has reignited the debate about Singapore's dependence on foreign laborers. Tan spoke on Dec. 13 with Haslinda Amin for Bloomberg Television's "Asia's Business." (Source: Bloomberg)
