Japan's Daycare Shortage Hits Women in Work Play

Dec. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Japan's social welfare crisis is not simply about the aging population. The nation also has more than 20,000 children on the waiting-list for day-care centers, which means their mothers can't get back to work.
