Nov. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Isabelle Triezenberg looks more like a cheerleader than a recovering drug addict, who moved from stealing her grandmother's pain pills to using heroin. A heroin epidemic, fueled by a cheaper, more potent form of the drug from the Sinaloa Mexican cartel, is sweeping the Midwest.
