Nov. 12 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Mary Jo White talks about her expectation that exchanges will provide "very concrete" suggestions and timelines for improvements in order to prevent breakdowns and respond better to technical failures. White, speaking with Bloomberg's Peter Cook at the Sifma conference in New York, also discusses the outlook for implementation of the so-called Volcker Rule and the SEC's enforcement strategy for financial markets.
