Oct. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Bruce Linton, chairman of Tweed Inc., talks with Bloomberg's Greg Quinn about the company's application to the Canadian government for a commercial license to produce medical marijuana in an abandoned chocolate factory once owned by Hershey Co. in Smiths Falls, Ontario.
