Sept. 26 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder speaks about an agreement by nine Japanese companies including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd., Hitachi Automotive Systems Ltd. to pay $740 million to settle charges they fixed prices of automotive parts sold to carmakers in the U.S. Holder speaks at a news conference in Washington.
