Sept. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Former New York City Comptroller and Democratic mayoral candidate William Thompson talks to supporters about the results in yeaterday's primary election. Thompson refused to concede to New York Public Advocate Bill de Blazio, who with 96 percent of precincts reporter had 40.2 percent of the vote to Thompson's 26.2 percent.
