Sept. 10 (Bloomberg) -- In today's "This vs. That, " Bloomberg's Betty Liu reports that PayPal has a new tool for brisk and mortar stores to track and recognize customers the way Amazon does online to try to boost mobile payments in stores. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "In The Loop."
