Aug. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Outgoing Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili talks about Russia's influence in his country, five years after the neighbors fought a war. Saakashvili accuses billionaire Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili of favoring Kremlin interests since his coalition won elections last year and seeking his arrest at Russian President Vladimir Putin's request.
