Argentina Loses Bond Battle in Appeals Court Play

Aug. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Argentina lost its appeal of a ruling that would force it to pay holders of $1.5 billion in defaulted bonds when it pays on its restructured debt. The appeals court will delay the effect of the ruling pending a decision by the U.S. Supreme Court whether to review the case.
