With less than two months before the president's health care law kicks in, will the government be ready? Or will more delays get in the way? On Sunday's program, MIT Economics Professor Jonathan Gruber - a chief architect behind Governor Romney’s Massachusetts health care law and an advisor to the president's individual mandate - calls the recent delays "peripheral" and "not central to the operation of the law."
