Aug. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Tim Groser, New Zealand's minister for trade, talks about China's import halt on some milk powder from Fonterra Cooperative Group Ltd. and its possible impact on his nation's food export industry. The Auckland-based company found bacteria causing a rare illness called botulism in about 38 metric tons of whey protein concentrate it produced, the company said yesterday.
