July 19 (Bloomberg) -- Neil Barofsky, former special inspector for the U.S. Treasury's Troubled Asset Relief Program, talks about an administrative filing by the Securities and Exchange Commission today against Steven A. Cohen. Cohen, the billionaire founder of hedge-fund firm SAC Capital Advisors LP, is being accused by the SEC for allegedly failing to supervise two employees facing criminal charges that they illegally traded stocks based on confidential information.
