Romania to Get New IMF, EU Pact by Fall, Ponta Says Play

July 18 (Bloomberg) -- Romanian Prime Minister Victor Ponta talks about his nation's loan negotiations with the European Union, International Monetary Fund and World Bank, Romania's strategic plan to attract investment and create jobs, and his government's fiscal policies. Ponta said Romania will reach an “upgraded” agreement with the IMF and EU by the fall, which will help lower financing costs and support the currency.
