Surveillance Programs Are `Legal': Stewart Baker Play

June 8 (Bloomberg) -- Now that Microsoft, Apple and Google have been linked to a top secret government surveillance program, will the disclosure take a toll on the tech giants? On Sunday's Bloomberg Government's "Capitol Gains", Peter Cook talks with former Asst. Homeland Security Secretary and National Security Agency general counsel Stewart Baker and Bloomberg Government's Director of Technology Allan Holmes about the controversy. Baker says it's "clear" the program is legal, and the companies have no choice but to cooperate. Holmes says their foreign business could face the biggest fallout. (Source: Bloomberg)
