June 6 (Bloomberg) -- New Jersey Governor Chris Christie speaks at a news conference in Trenton about his decision to name state Attorney General Jeffrey Chiesa as the interim replacement for the late U.S. Senator Frank Lautenberg.
Chiesa, who says he is a registered Republican, will begin his new job on June 10. He doesn't plan to run in the special election to complete Lautenberg’s term, Christie said. (This report is an excerpt. Source: Bloomberg)
