Charlie Rose, May 31: Paul Volcker, former chairman of the Federal Reserve of the U.S., gave his name to the Volcker Rule, a section of the Dodd-Frank Act which prohibits banks speculating with depositors' money. Volcker talks about closing the gap between policy and action, and the "Volcker Alliance", a foundation which will look closely at the nuts and bolts of governance.
