April 26 (Bloomberg) -- Chris Oswald, vice president of Airports Council International-North America, talks about the outlook for flight delays after the U.S. Senate revived and passed a measure to end air-traffic controller furloughs. Rolling furloughs of controllers began April 21 as part of mandatory federal spending cuts known as sequestration.
