Chicago Storm Causes Widespread Highway Flooding Play

April 18 (Bloomberg) -- Heavy rain flooded and closed parts of three Chicago expressways and forced airlines to cancel more than 500 flights at O’Hare Airport, the nation’s second-busiest. A flash flood warning was issued at 7:55 a.m. local time for several counties because of “torrential downpours” that dumped an inch of rain in just 30 minutes, the National Weather Service said. Similar weather stretched down the Mississippi River and Lower Ohio valleys. (Source: Bloomberg)
