U.K. Unemployment Rises to 7.9%, BOE Holds Stimulus Play

April 17 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg Markets Editor Manus Cranny reports that U.K. unemployment rose to 7.9 percent, at the fastest pace since November 2011 and the Bank of England defeated a push for more stimulus by Governor Mervyn King for a third consecutive month.
