CFTC Probes ICAP `Treasure Island' Swap Prices

April 9 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Caroline Hyde reports that the CFTC is probing ICAP Plc brokers, along with as many as 15 Wall Street banks, for possible manipulation of interest-rate swap prices used as a benchmark in the $379 trillion market. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "The Pulse."
