March 15 (Bloomberg) -- CR Intrinsic Investors and Sigma Capital Management, affiliates of billionaire Steven A. Cohen’s SAC Capital Advisors, will pay $614 million to settle U.S. regulatory claims they made illegal trades using inside information.
