Carney Says `False' U.S. Is Colluding With Taliban

March 11 (Bloomberg) -- White House Press Secretary Jay Carney speaks about Afghan President Hamid Karzai's accusation that the U.S. is colluding with the Taliban. Carney, speaking at the daily White House news conference, also discusses budget talks between President Barack Obama and lawmakers, Organizing for Action and North Korea's threat to launch a preemptive nuclear strike.
