March 8 (Bloomberg) -- Carlos Ramirez, the new head of Mexico's pension fund regulatory agency, talks with Bloomberg's Ben Bain about his priorities in overseeing the country's biggest institutional investors. Ramirez said a possible doubling of the $154 billion in assets now in the system over the next six years will require assuring that asset managers are qualified and considering raising current limits on how much pensions can invest abroad.
