Feb. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Fujititsu has finally entered the European smartphone market, but it's not taking on Apple or Samsung. It's targeting the elderly - a tactic extremely successful in Japan, where it sold 20 million Raku Raku phones, as Bloomberg's Jessica Howard reports.
