Feb. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Mark Matthews, Singapore-based head of research at Bank Julius Baer & Co., talks about the outlook for Bank of Japan monetary policy and its impact on the nation's economy and stock market. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe nominated Asian Development Bank President Haruhiko Kuroda to lead the nation’s central bank, raising the likelihood of further monetary stimulus this year.
