Brazil's Mantega on Infrastructure Investments Play

Feb. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Brazilian Finance Minister Guido Mantega speaks at an event in New York about the rates of return the country is offering on infrastructure investments. Financing conditions offered by the government will ensure investors have rates of return of more than 10 percent as they operate and build 7,500 kilometers (4,660 miles) of highways, 10,000 kilometers of railways, 159 ports, and other works.
