Feb. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Nicole Wong, an analyst at CLSA Asia-Pacific Markets in Hong Kong, talks about the outlook for China's real estate market. China’s new home prices rose in most cities the government tracks in January, renewing concerns that the government will impose further curbs on real estate speculation after the new administration takes power next month.
