Feb. 5 (Bloomberg) -- John Honan, Sydney-based chief economist at Ausbil Dexia Ltd., talks about Australia's economy, central bank monetary policy and the local currency. Twenty-four of 28 economists in a Bloomberg survey forecast the Reserve Bank of Australia will hold interest rates unchanged at 3 percent today.
