China Downside Risk on `Investment Overhang' Play

Feb. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Terry Chan, a managing director at Standard & Poor’s, talks about the agency's ratings outlook for China and the country's economic growth prospects. China has the highest risk of a downturn among 32 of the world’s largest economies stemming from its outsized proportion of investment spending, according to Standard & Poor’s.
