Bumi Urges Shareholders Vote Against Rothschild

Jan. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Olivia Sterns reports that Bumi Plc said investors should reject a proposal by one of its founders, Nathaniel Rothschild, to regain control. Rothschild’s plan to return to the board includes a proposal to oust 12 of the 14 directors and replace them with new executives on Feb. 21. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "On The Move."
