Dec. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Rachel Soares, a senior research associate at Catalyst, and Brande Stellings, vice president of corporate board services, talk about representation of women in executive positions at major U.S. companies. Women held 14.3 percent of executive positions at Fortune 500 firms as of June 30 and 16.6 percent of board seats, according to a report published today by Catalyst, a non-profit research organization studying women and business.
