Nov. 26 (Bloomberg) -- David Lyons, Ho Chi Minh City-based managing director at the Vietnam unit of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., the world’s second-biggest commercial property broker, talks about Vietnam's real estate market. In 2007, Vietnam's economy expanded the fastest pace since 1996. Since then, the economy has slowed, banks are struggling with an increase in bad debts, and unfinished property projects, empty offices and lower rents risk adding to the pile of non-performing loans. Lyons speaks with Rishaad Salamat on Bloomberg Television's "On the Move Asia." (Source: Bloomberg)
