Nov. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Monisha Kaltenborn, chief executive officer of the Sauber Formula One racing team, talks about her selection as the sport's only female team principal, quotas for women in traditionally male-dominated positions, scantily clad "pit girls" in Formula One and the outlook for female engineers and drivers in the racing series.
