Nov. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Martin Schulz, a senior economist at Fujitsu Research Institute, talks about Japan's government, the outlook for its economy and central bank monetary policy. Schulz speaks from Tokyo with Rishaad Salamat on Bloomberg Television's "On the Move Asia." (Source: Bloomberg)
