Oct. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Chris Rupkey, chief financial economist at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, talks about data on U.S. jobless claims and capital-goods orders released today. Initial jobless claims decreased by 23,000 to 369,000 in the week ended Oct. 20, the Labor Department reported.
