Nevada Doctor Shortage Bodes Ill for U.S. Medicine Play

Oct. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Cancer patient Mary Berg moved away from her home near Las Vegas because there were no doctors in Nevada that specialized in her type of tumor. Berg's plight is an indication of the looming medical crisis as a shortfall of U.S. doctors is expected to increase ten-fold to 130,000 within 12 years. Bloomberg's Shannon Pettypiece reports.
