Oct. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Mary Wittenberg, president and chief executive officer of the New York Road Runners, talks with Bloomberg's Mason Levinson about the likelihood that Lance Armstrong's results will be stripped from the race organizer's records. Armstrong twice finished the New York City Marathon in under three hours, results that will probably be erased after the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency stripped him of his record seven Tour de France cycling titles.
