Oct. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Brian Charles, an analyst at RW Pressprich & Co., and Neil Barofsky, former special inspector for the U.S. Treasury's Troubled Asset Relief Program, and a Bloomberg Television contributing editor, talk about Bank of America Corp.'s third-quarter earnings and outlook.
