Japan's Second-Richest Man to Grab 70% of Sprint Play

Japan’s Softbank Corp. is near an agreement to buy a 70 percent stake in Sprint Nextel Corp. for $20 billion, a deal that would revitalize the third-biggest U.S. wireless carrier as it competes against larger rivals, according to three people familiar with the talks.
