Oct. 9 (Bloomberg) -- William Dunkelberg , chief economist for the National Federation of Independent Business, talks about the group's optimism index for September and the outlook for small businesses. The NFIB's optimism index fell to 92.8 from an August reading of 92.9, the Washington-based group said. Dunkelberg speaks with Tom Keene and Scarlet Fu on Bloomberg Television's "Surveillance."
