Oct. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Lloyd C. Blankfein, chief executive officer of Goldman Sachs Group Inc., says small businesses are the "backbone" of America and entrepreneurs have challenges he doesn't have running the fifth-biggest U.S. bank by assets.
