Oct. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Since the U.S. recession ended in 2009, Americans have seen two recoveries. For the wealthiest one percent, incomes rose 5.5 percent. For the 96 million households in the bottom 80 percent, average earnings fell 1.7 percent. Bloomberg's Steve Biro reports. (Source: Bloomberg)
