Sept. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Donna Kwok, an economist at HSBC Holdings Plc in Hong Kong, talks about the outlook for China's economy and central bank monetary policy. China’s manufacturing may contract for an 11th month in September, a private survey by HSBC and Markit Economics showed, adding to signs that the world’s second-biggest economy is decelerating for a seventh quarter.
