Aug. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Alix Steel reports that pc makers Dell and Hewlett-Packard are facing tough times with increasing competition in pc sales. Dell shares declined after cutting this year's profit forecast on lower pc sales while H-P is set to report results after the bell. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "In The Loop."
