Aug. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Zhang Xin, chief executive officer of Soho China Ltd., talks about her company's business outlook and financial performance, and the outlook for China's property market. Soho China, the Beijing-based commercial developer whose profit dropped 65 percent, said it will hold on to more of its properties as office rents in Beijing and Shanghai rise.
