Aug. 1 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Army Sergeant John Russell was six weeks from the end of his fifth combat-zone tour when he entered the back door of the Camp Liberty Combat Stress Clinic in Iraq and killed five fellow service members. The May 11, 2009, killings were the deadliest case of soldier-on-soldier violence in the war zone and signaled the emergence of mental health as a casualty of long tours, frequent deployments and combat. Bloomberg's Elliot Blair Smith reports. (Source: Bloomberg)
