July 25 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. swimmer Michael Phelps, whose 14 Olympic gold medals are the most in history, talks with reporters in London about competing in his fourth and final Olympics. The 27-year-old has won 16 Olympic medals in total and ranks second only to Soviet gymnast Larisa Latynina who won 18 medals over three games, including nine gold. (Source: Bloomberg)
